Hey!👋 Welcome to my matcha page! I love drinking and making matcha, it's my favorite part of my routine every single day. From whisking to sipping, I enjoy learning about the different ways to prepare matcha. I started getting into drinking my matcha as a Usucha (thin tea) and sometimes as a Koicha (thick tea) when I'm feeling bold. I feel like I can enjoy more of the flavor profile this way without having it overpowered by milk. This is why I'm very particular about certain matcha blends because I like the ones that are bold, chocolatey, and nutty! I'm always trying to share my love for matcha with other people so during my free time, you'll find me hosting a matcha cafe at my apartment or bringing drinks to class to share with my friends.
